Last Friday we launched a very interesting new wine at Vinmonopolet. Origin Wines Swartland Cinsault at 129 kroner. A producer which is known for ecological produce and very high quality. This is a Cinsault with a lot of finesse, without the use of oak. We really believe in this product and therefore it is very exciting to see that the reviews praises it!
Klikk.no Said it had “a great body with concentrated and juicy fruit”. 86 points.
Iglasset.no Said it was “round and pleasant ith good freshness and soft tanins. 86 points.
Aperitif described it as “relatively soft and fresh and fruity finish”, and a wine which is a “very good purchase”. 84 points.
Geir Salvesen described it with having “juicy, with berries on the nose, resembling pinot noir”, and that it is “extremly cheap”. 83 points, Grade 6.
The wine is in the basis-listing at Vinmonopolet, and at 129kr you cant really avoid the fact that this is truly a lot of wine for your money. Perfect with barbecued food this summer!
